All sales are final
Because our audiobook is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted.

Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order. We will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in loss of access to your digital product. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are happy to help.
